For the first concert of the season, maestro Dawid Runtz is preparing a performance of the overture to the opera Amfitrion by Boris Papandopulo (which he also recently presented in Chile with their National Symphony Orchestra), then An Alpine Symphony by Richard Strauss, and in Piano Concerto, KV 503 by W. A. Mozart he is to host Lovre Marušić. The young pianist has honed his talent at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory, Zagreb Academy of Music and as a student of the prestigious Grigory Gruzman’s class at the University of Music Franz Liszt Weimar. He further established his international reputation by winning the silver medal at the prestigious 2021 Cleveland International Piano Competition.
